Our Firearms Training Programs are designed for the maximum amount of learning in a safe and fun environment. World-class instruction from the 37 PSR Gun Club training cadre is guaranteed when you participate in our training courses. Our Instructors come from the US Army Special Forces, The US Special Operations Command, and the NRA. Custom Courses can be scheduled for 3 or more students.

 Basic Gunfighter 1 Course

 

$600 Non-Members / Member $500

Overview

This is a two-day shooting course that develops the Gunfighter fundamentals with both the Rifle and Pistol as individual systems to be used in the gunfight. Starting with the basic fundamentals and principles of the RAID Tactical Engagement System it prepares the proper mentality and skill set needed for integrating both as a primary and secondary weapons systems as needed for follow on Gunfighter Courses.

The shooter will quickly gain experience, confidence, and increase skill with the handgun and carbine.  This course is the first in our 4-course series of  Gunfighter training. Gunfighter I, II, III, and IV, together are a version of the US Army Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance, Target Analysis, and Exploitations Techniques Course (SFARTAETC) CMMS program.  This course schedule is demanding and is not for those that are novice shooters. You must be familiar with your weapon systems and be prepared physically for high threat and stressful training.

  • Combat Marksmanship (CMMS) Fundamentals and principles

  • Weapons loading/unloading

  • CMMS shooter's Solution

  • Bore/sight relationship

  • Rifle and Pistol Dry Fire Drills

  • Immediate action for malfunctions (rifle and Pistol)

  • Tactical Reloads( rifle and Pistol)

  • Combat Reloads (rifle and Pistol)

  • Trigger manipulation drills (rifle and Pistol)

  • Recoil management drills Rifle and Pistol) (Machine gun provided)

  • Methods of  Tactical Engagement

  • Rapid aimed fire (rifle and pistol)

  • Multiple target engagement (rifle and pistol)

  • Complete Basic Carbine and Basic Pistol Seminars

  • AR15 Rifle with mounted and zeroed sights w/ sling

  • 3 magazines for the rifle

  • Handgun (non-sub-compact)

  • 3 HIGH CAPACITY magazines for the pistol

  • Individual tactical gear to include holster and ammo pouches

  • Personal protective equipment (hearing and eye protection)

  • Clothes for the weather

  • Weapon-mounted flashlight for rifle

  • 500 rds of rifle ammo

  • 300 rds of handgun ammo

  • For this course, we will be using Professional Grade Training Simulators weapons for a majority of the time to reduce the need for ammunition. These are provided to each student as part of the course for use. 

 Gunfighter 2 Course

 

$600 Non-Members / Member $500

Overview

 This is an advanced training course. It is for those with a proper understanding of the fundamentals to push into new territory with their skills. It will build from the basic fundamentals of combat marksmanship into the application in various tactical situations such as shooting while moving, the proper use of cover, low light/no light engagement, tactical problem solving, dynamic shooting positions, and multidirectional threat engagement. Due to the nature of the course, you will be required to be in the proper mindset to not only be safe but also be trainable. Focus is required as you will perform tactical shooting drills maneuvering simultaneously with other shooters. This course will build your confidence in your ability to be lethal in your weapons platform and open the door to further advance your lethality with follow-on training with the Gunfighter 3 course. Once a student has completed the Gunfighter 1 course they can attend this course. there is a weapons test to begin this course that is a must-pass test. this test consists of the Triple Bull test with pistol and rifle and automatic fire recoil management test.

  • Complete Gunfighter 1 Course

Gunfighter 3 Course

Overview

This course evolves the student from more than just the needed individual skills but trains them for becoming part of a team.  The student will exercise these skills in a variety of stressful shooting situations from daylight to nighttime shooting. This course will challenge your skills with increasing demands for accuracy and speed in the tactical situation that require tactical problem solving as an end product of your work. The shooter will quickly gain experience, confidence, and increase skill to the expert level with the handgun and carbine.  This is the second course in our three-course series of training courses. This course schedule is demanding and is not for those that are novice shooters. 

ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE GUNFIGHTER 1 COURSE.​

Gunfighter 4 Course

 

$600 Non-Members / Member $500

Overview

This is the last in the series of Gunfighter Courses. In this course, the student will learn to move as a team, using individual Movement techniques, bounding and maneuver, and use of cover. This course like all the rest has night shooting as well. The student will use the handheld light and weapon-mounted tactical lights in training drills from shooting while moving and maneuver using cover as a single man in a tactical situation. Day two turns into team dynamics with vehicle bail out and maneuver

Urban Movement Course

 

$350 Non-Members / Member $350

Overview

The urban movement course is an introduction to individual movement techniques in built-up areas like cities and streets. This course utilizes Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM) Man Marker Rounds (MMR) for safety and is included in the cost of the course. If you are caught out on the street in a firefight and don't know how to move utilizing the surrounding area you will fail and be exposed to fire. This can be a deadly cost to you. The use of hidden areas and denying exposure is one of the keys to survival in an urban gunfight.

  • there is no need for live-fire firearms this is a UTM /Airsoft only Course for training that are provided for your use.
