Our Firearms Training Programs are designed for the maximum amount of learning in a safe and fun environment. World-class instruction from the 37 PSR Gun Club training cadre is guaranteed when you participate in our training courses. Our Instructors come from the US Army Special Forces, The US Special Operations Command, and the NRA. Custom Courses can be scheduled for 3 or more students.

Introduction to Firearms and Safety Course

Overview

This course is an all INCLUSIVE introduction to the Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun. It focuses on the fundamentals of shooting safety, firearms handling and marksmanship. If you are thinking about purchasing or just purchased a firearm and need training this is the perfect class for you. This course teaches all firearms TYPES and is in an easy-to-learn format that is the basis for all your shooting needs and safety. This course takes you from the basic steps of cleaning and maintaining your firearm to shooting safely and accurately. You will quickly gain experience, confidence and increase skill level with a firearm. 37 PSR Gun Club provides the Firearms, ammunition and the instruction. Just sit back and learn the fun sport of shooting with us.

Basic Shotgun Seminar

$110 Non-Members / Members $85

Overview

The Basic Shotgun Seminar is an introductory 3-hour seminar of instruction for the Pump-action shotgun. This is good preparatory training for our Tactical applications of the Shotgun Courses. 

The student will learn the safety and basic firing procedures for the pump-action shotgun. The basics of how to work the controls on the shotgun, shooting fundamentals, and how to load-unload, and clear, and safely store the shotgun. Each student will need at least 50 rds of birdshot ammunition for their shotgun. If you do not have a shotgun we can provide you one for the seminar for free with an additional fee for the cost of ammunition. There is an online learning portion for this seminar. When you enroll you will receive a link to the online content.

Tactical Applications of the Shotgun 1

Overview

This course develops basic tactical skills that introduce the use of the Tactical Pump Action Shotgun for service use as either a Primary weapon or a backup system. This course uses time-driven and self-induced stress events to bring out the best skills in the shooter.  This course begins with an initial qualification test. The student will quickly gain experience, confidence and increase his skill level with a Tactical Shotgun.  All attendees must have completed the Basic Shotgun Seminar or Passed our  Basic Shotgun Seminar Tests* to the standard before attending this course.  

THIS IS NOT A BEGINNERS TRAINING COURSE. YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE BASIC SHOTGUN SEMINAR BEFORE ATTENDING THIS COURSE.*

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR A BEGINNERS COURSE BEFORE TAKING THIS ONE IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH YOUR PUMP-ACTION SHOTGUN AND ARE READY TO FIRE IT FAST AND ACCURATELY.

Overview

THIS IS THE CONTINUATION OF THE TACTICAL SHOTGUN SERIES OF TRAINING COURSES.

This course uses many time-driven and self-induced stress events to bring out the best skills in the shooter.  This course is also physically demanding with shooting while moving with the combat shotgun. Use of cover and barricades with the shotgun is also taught in the is course.
