Our women's self-defense program is held every other Tuesday, 6 pm-8:30 pm for most of the year, and mirrors the content and concept of the Modular Training Program, but with content specifically designed for women.
Course Structure: The Course contains 6 modules (Pistol, Carbine, Integrated Hand-to-Hand I & II, Emergency Medical, Vehicles & Structures). Each module includes 3 classes.

Pricing
Option 1: Learn a single subject (Pistol, rifle, emergency medical, structure and vehicle defense, or Integrated Hand To Hand I & II). Each subject consists of three classes, priced as a package at $120.
Option 2: Learn everything! This is the complete 9-month program that teaches all of our women's self-protection subject matter. It costs $70/month, billed monthly for 9 months.
